mourning pages

a pocket of time to write it out — conversation optional

90-minutes | €12 | max. 12 fellow grief-y people

We never forget the one we have lost, or that we lost them. Still, in the hustle and bustle of our day to day, grief can take a backseat. We feel its presence and its quiet call for attention, yet somehow, days go by and we find we haven’t really carved out time to sit with it.

This journaling workshop is a quiet pocket of time for you to explore your grief. After a short breathwork practice to get us all settled in, I will provide prompts for you to connect with your grief and give it the space it needs. Afterwards, there’ll be an opportunity for sharing with the group what came up for you — optional, but encouraged.
